AMD Powers The Game Expo in Melbourne

The Game Expo is happening again in Melbourne next month. The gaming expo and community festival is celebrating its third year from March 22-23 at the Melbourne Convention Centre in Victoria. To celebrate, the expo is excited to announce a new partnership with AMD.

AMD will support the show by supercharging the PC Freeplay and Tournament area. There is a 60 PC LAN where you can play Marvel Rivals and Apex Legends Creator Showdown. AMD will also fuel the Indie Game Zone with a special Ryzen CPU prize to the Indie Zone People’s Choice Winner.

In addition on the expo floor, the AMD Experience Zone will be a freeplay space with AMD PC’s with games to play including Capcom’s Monster Hunter Wilds. You can play at the booth on a massive 100inch screen, content creator meet and greets, giveaways and so much more!

“We are thrilled to have AMD as our presenting partner at The Game Expo for 2025.” Said Daniel Chlebowczyk, Brand Director, The Game Expo. “The AMD team in Australia are dedicated gamers who have been great supporters of the community over the years. Our PC zone has been powered by AMD since the beginning and we’re excited to be working with AMD to enhance The Game Expo as a whole.”

The Game Expo is on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd of March 2025 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. You can get tickets here
