Gaming visionary Hideo Kojima attended SXSW today to introduce a new trailer for Death Stranding 2 On The Beach. Along for the ride was some of the stars of the game Norman Reedus and Troy Baker, who sat down for a 40 minute chat about what fans can expect of the upcoming title.
Kojima also confirmed that the release date for this game will be June 26, 2025 exclusively on Playstation 5 along with a world-wide symphony tour called Strands of Harmony, featuring the incredible music from Ludvig Forssell, Low Roar and a few others.
The game will see Sam Porter Bridges (Reedus) return along with Troy Baker as Higgs and some new cast members including Elle Fanning, Debra Wilson, Alastair Duncan and director George Miller.
There is also a confirmed collector’s edition and a digital deluxe that go on sale March 17th.
