0

Gaming fans, mark your calendars—PAX Aus 2025 is bringing the heat with an electrifying lineup of international guests from across the worlds of video games, tabletop, comedy, and content creation. Whether you’re into RPGs, live storytelling, or laugh-out-loud chaos, this year’s convention promises something for everyone.

Voice Acting Royalty Takes the Stage

Leading the guest charge is none other than Amelia Tyler, the ethereal voice of the Narrator in Baldur’s Gate 3. Her haunting and powerful performance earned her a BAFTA nomination and solidified her as a standout in modern gaming. Tyler’s voice has also brought to life fan-favourite characters like Malady (Divinity: Original Sin 2), Wenduag (Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous), and even Hecate in the upcoming Hades II. She’s basically the voice of your fantasy-loving soul.

Joining her is rising star Luke Dale, who fans will instantly recognise as the charming and cheeky Lord Hans Capon from Kingdom Come: Deliverance and its sequel, which scored PC Game of the Year at Gamescom 2024. Dale’s mix of humour and heroism makes him a fan-favourite and a welcome addition to the PAX Aus lineup.

Comedic Chaos and Cult Legends

Get ready for some serious laughs with Ify Nwadiwe, the multi-talented comedian, actor and writer best known as the host of Um, Actually on Dropout TV. Nwadiwe’s credits stretch from Grand Crew and Twisted Metal to Apex Legends and Borderlands 4. He’s a comedic Swiss Army knife—whether he’s performing, writing, or just being an all-around legend online.

PAX Aus will also welcome cult comedy chaos king John Robertson, creator of the legendary interactive show The Dark Room. Equal parts game, performance, and unfiltered energy, Robertson’s appearances are never the same twice—and always unforgettable. Expect surprise appearances, live shows, and plenty of gloriously inappropriate language.

Tabletop Titans Join the Party

Representing the tabletop realm is Mike Mason, the award-winning creative director behind Call of Cthulhu. As Chaosium celebrates its 50th anniversary, Mason will share his insights from decades of world-building in the Warhammer universe and beyond. Expect panels, stories, and a deep dive into grimdark storytelling.

Also appearing is Diana Fay (@DianaOfTheRose), one of the most vibrant voices in the TTRPG scene. From Twitch to podcasts to viral advocacy, Fay’s mission is clear: make tabletop gaming more inclusive, engaging, and full of heart. Whether she’s raising money for charity or building immersive stories, Fay is a creative force fans won’t want to miss.

From blockbuster titles to indie storytelling, laugh-out-loud panels to tabletop worlds, PAX Aus 2025 is set to be one of the biggest and most diverse celebrations of gaming culture yet.
