Blood Bowl 2 – It’s time to get bloody!

BB2_pack_PC_INT_3DAre you ready to draw some blood?

Today marks the worldwide release of the much-anticipated Cyanide Studio strategy game Blood Bowl 2.
Adapted from Games Workshop’s famous board game, the turn-based title skillfully combines the brutality of American Football with the fantasy world of Warhammer (think Orcs and Elves battling over a spiked pig-skin).
Blood Bowl 2 launches today on PS4, Xbox One and PC in Australia and New Zealand with fans able to access a host of new multiplayer features.
Of note is a newly designed persistent Multiplayer League mode, where coaches from all around the world can manage their clubs and stadium, and lead their teams to success.
Fans of the first Blood Bowl will notice a significant improvement in quality thanks to a new graphics engine, not to mention the title’s addition of a compelling, story-driven solo campaign.
For newcomers, the game is sure to tick all the right boxes with a solid mix of humour and violence, all complemented by amusing narration from the game’s commentators – Jim & Bob.
So lace up your boots and practice that war cry, it’s time to get bloody!

(Stay tuned for the Blood Bowl 2 Review … coming soon!)

Heretic Review: Religion and Belief in Unsettling Cinema

Heretic is a psychological horror film starring Hugh Grant as Mr. Reed, who entraps two Mormon missionaries, Sister Barnes and Sister Paxton, in his eerie home. The film explores themes of faith and belief, delivering unsettling twists. While it falters in depth, Grant’s performance and cinematography maintain viewer intrigue throughout.
