Happy Stranger Things Day 2026! To celebrate, Netflix have released the first five minutes of the fifth and final season of the hit series.
This news debuts as part of Stranger Things Day, the day when Will Byers went missing in Hawkins, Indiana (November 6, 1983). Stranger Things fans everywhere celebrate November 6 as ‘Stranger ThingsDay,’ a special day to share their love for the world of Stranger Things. Other highlights from Stranger Things Day include a first look and cast reveal of the animated series Stranger Things: Tales From ’85, set for a 2026 release. Over the last four seasons, the Duffer brothers have made a name for themselves, with a phenomenal cast and ”80s-inspired storylines, the series broke records with season 4 garnering 335 million hours streamed in its first week.
Netflix will release Season 5 in three parts, the first part releases on November 27 with four episodes, Volume 2 on Boxing Day (three episodes) and the finale on New Years Day at 12pm AEDT.
