HiRise 3 Review

Finding the right wireless charger for your Apple devices is no easy feat, in particular one that will charge your iPhone, Apple Watch and Airpods at the same time. Fortunately, Twelve South has released the HiRise 3 a 3-in-1 desktop charging stand that supports MagSafe charging for phones, holding them securely in place.

The white sturdy stand connects via a USB lightning cable and can be used with a 20-W power adaptor (not included in the pack) For me, this is the perfect desk accessory. With the release of IOS 16 making it more difficult to get through the day on a single charge, being able to have this on my work desk saves all the messy cables and setup. It’s perfect for viewing Tik Tok videos without having to hold the phone in my hand while still charging the phone.

On the base is the charging space for a pair of Airpods (that support wireless charging) I did try using other headphones that support wireless charging (the Sony WH-XM1004 and the Sony Linkbuds) and was able to get a full charge from here as well. Behind this area is a small LED light that indicates if you have put the headphones on properly for charging.

The HiRise 3 comes in white and black colour options. and is perfectly portable to take between the work office and your bedside table. This is how I ended up using mine, replacing the many cords and chargers that used to be scattered everywhere at home and in the office.

The HiRise 3 is available from the Twelve South website here
