E.T : The Extraterrestrial

The Fifth Element

Luc Besson’s sci fi classic starring Bruce Willis, Milla Jovovich and Gary Oldman is nothing short of wacky and provides a hilarious look into the future. Interesting fact, the costumes were all designed by fashion designer Jean-Paul Gaultier. This one is for the adults.

Exclusively released on Netflix, In a near-future city where soaring opulence overshadows economic hardship, Gwen and her daughter, Jules, do all they can to hold on to their joy, despite the instability surfacing in their world. This is definitely one for the adults.

Soldiers contend with a supernatural enemy more powerful than any mortal in this Legendary production starring Emily Mortimer, James Badge Dale, Max Martini and Cory Hardrict. This is one to watch with the lights on!

Ok so it’s long, like really long so make some time. This materfully told tale interwining stories from the past, present and future is one of the Wachowski brothers biggest feats.

Full Metal Alchemist

This live adaption of the classic anime has been renewed by Matt Russell on our website here Fans of the original series are divided, give it a watch and let us know what you think in the comments.

Final Fantasy : The Spirits Within

Ok so this is one of my favourite films. The beautiful CGI animation and adaption of the video game series just works and this is a great sunday afternoon romp.

I Robot

Will Smith leads an amazing sci fi film from 2004. The special effects and story still stand up today and while it didn’t spawn any sequels or franchise it is still worth a watch.

The Discovery

Another Netlix exclusive film, when proof of the afterlife is found, many people commit suicide to reset their existences. Will & Isla are trying to find meaning in their life and contort with Dr Harbor for assistance.
