Blood Bowl 2 Release Set For 22nd September

Blood Bowl has been around for what feels like forever. It is a parody of American Football set in the Games Workshop Warhammer universe, with multiple tabletop and video game editions going all the way back to 1987. As an avid Warhammer player in my teens, Blood Bowl was an excellent way for us to mix things up a bit and have some absurd fun outside of the normal tabletop questing and campaigning.

Blood Bowl 2, from French developer Cyanide Studios, is a direct sequel to the 2009 Blood Bowl video game by the same developer. Based on the trailer and the screenshots they have been putting up on social media, it looks to be a substantial step forward in terms of gameplay, graphical performance, and most importantly, campaign mode and story telling.

Check out the new campaign trailer below and judge for yourself. Blood Bowl 2 will be available 22nd of September on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. You can follow the Blood Bowl 2 team on Facebook or Twitter.
