Inside Out took the world by surprise this year, enchanting audiences and introducing us to the world of our emotions. Disney have confirmed this morning that the film has crossed the $700 million in box office sales, and stands as the fifth Pixar film, and Disney’s seventh animated film to reach this threshold.
The figures are made up of $343 million domestically in the USA and international figures of $358 million, which makes it the second highest grossing Pixar film ever, behind only of Toy Story 3.
