Posters for Guardians Of The Galaxy & Shield Season 3

Everyone’s favourite interstellar heroes are back in a brand new animated series on Disney XD. While DC Comics have usually taken the mantle with quality animated series, Marvel are creeping back in with recent hits like HULK and The Agents Of Smash, Avengers and Ultimate SpiderMan. The latest addition is an animated version of Guardians Of The Galaxy. Marvel have already confirmed that it will not be linked directly to the movie and director James Gunn confirms “Is that what somebody said? Because that’s not true. There’s no way. It’s totally separate from the Marvel Cinematic Universe and whoever said that, it pisses me off.”

Guardians Of The Galaxy will premiere on September 5 on Disney XD.
